Automate the work
that slows your team down.
SeyCode develops business automation, custom software and system integrations for organisations that want clearer workflows and less repetitive administration. Based in Pretoria, South Africa, we bring more than 30 years of practical software experience to the work.
What can SeyCode help automate?
We look at repeated capture, disconnected systems, stock and auction preparation, customer communication and operational handovers. The starting point is your process: what people do today, where information moves and what needs to improve.
How does AI fit into the work?
AI helps us with development, investigation and problem-solving. We also assess where an AI-assisted step could be useful within a client workflow. That does not mean every solution needs AI: established software rules and integrations often provide the right automation. Human judgement guides the design and review.
What does that look like in practice?
- SeyConnect: preparing and scheduling customer communication, with a shared workspace and subscriber preferences.
- BidFactory: connecting auction preparation, registration, bidding and operational tools.
- Seller stock integration, in development: bringing seller-selected stock into the auction preparation process.
- Matters, an active project: organising offers, release administration and collection planning.
- Auction Values, in development: making historical vehicle auction price evidence easier to explore.
These projects illustrate our work with operational software and connected workflows. They are not claims that each product contains AI features.
Can you work with our existing systems?
We assess the systems, available data and integration options before recommending a route. The aim is a practical improvement that fits your operation and can be maintained over time.
Where do we start?
Bring one process: what triggers it, who handles it, which systems it touches and where the delays or repetition occur. We can discuss what to automate, what should remain a human decision and the support required.
