Who is SeyConnect for?
Teams that need to keep customers informed and respond to enquiries without treating every communication channel as a separate process. Auction businesses can use it for buyer communication; the platform is also relevant to other businesses with subscriber and customer messaging needs.
What channels are available?

Prepare and schedule messages
Write a draft, use a template, select an eligible audience and send or schedule. Drafts, Outbox and Sent organise the process, with individual recipient outcomes available for follow-up. A provider accepting a message does not guarantee delivery.
Respect customer choices
Subscriber interests, channel permissions and marketing opt-outs help teams communicate with appropriate audiences. Marketing and account-related messages have distinct controls. Importing a contact is not proof of marketing consent.
