Seller stock integration is being developed to connect the seller’s stock selection with the auction preparation process.
Let sellers select what goes forward
The intended workflow lets sellers choose the stock they want to put forward for auction, bringing that selection into the process used by the auction team.
A clearer handover
The aim is to make it easier to establish which assets are being proposed for sale and carry that information into auction preparation, reducing repeated capture and separate stock lists.
Connect the operational steps
This work sits alongside BidFactory’s stock, catalogue and seller workflows. Selection is a preparation step; the auction team’s review and sale setup remain part of the process.
Development status
This integration is in development. The final selection, review and handover workflow will follow the operational requirements agreed for the project.
